The Management Trainee Program is a 9–12-month program to develop future leaders within SRS Distribution/Heritage. Participants gain hands-on exposure to all facets of our business, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources. Through on-the-job training, mentorship, and corporate development initiatives, trainees build a strong foundation for a successful career in the industry.p>
Gain a deep understanding of the sales process from the ground up. You’ll master product knowledge, pricing, and customer relationship building while shadowing experienced sales professionals. Our SIT program provides a solid foundation for a rewarding career in sales.
