Sean Boles – Chief of Staff
Sean Boles, Colonel (USAF, Retired), joined SRS in 2020 following a distinguished 31-year career in the U.S. Air Force and Navy with over 20 years of management experience and specialized expertise across multiple defense industry areas that included: Space Operations, Nuclear Missile Operations, Integrated Air and Missile Defense Systems, Government Affairs and Financial Management and Budgets. As the Chief of Staff, Sean’s role is to enhance the communication and coordination of the entire Senior Executive suite to drive even better cohesive performance through stabilization and sustainability, effectiveness and efficiencies, and change management. He also collaborates across all departments and the field to share best practices between all divisions of the company and responsible for major project prioritization and accountability.
Sean started his education by receiving a dual B.S. in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. He has since earned an M.B.A. from the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, A M.S in Military Operational Art and Science from the Air Command and Staff College, A Master of Divinity in Practical Theology from the Regent University as well as a M.S in Strategic Studies from the Air War College.
