Prior to joining SRS Distribution in 2015, Jeremy Goldschmeding had been in the banking industry for 3 years, in part focused on various transactions in the construction industry. He has held various roles in Finance & Operations, most recently serving as SVP for the Southeast Division of Building Products.
From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Goldschmeding served as the Director of Construction for Dallas Baptist University, leading the development of multi-family student housing apartment complexes and various site expansion projects. Mr. Goldschmeding has strong family ties to the building materials distribution industry through multi-generational experience within the exterior building products market.
Previous to construction, Mr. Goldschmeding also spent a season in professional baseball in the Washington Nationals minor league system before graduating from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Mr. Goldschmeding also holds an MBA in Finance from Dallas Baptist University.
