Dave joined in 2022 as the Chief Strategy Officer for the pool division. Dave has been involved in distribution of pool/backyard leisure and landscape products for over 35 years. Prior to joining Heritage PS, Dave was a Group Vice President for Poolcorp a NASDAQ company in which he had multiple responsibilities over his career including field management, acquisitions and greenfield openings as well as recruitment, corporate sourcing/purchasing, sales and marketing, training and national account management. During his time there, Poolcorp grew from a small regional distributor with sales approximately $15.0 million to over $6.0 billion.
Over the years Dave has developed many people to grow into management roles leading to their personal success and that of the company. He is passionate in his quest to put the “right people in the right seats” and mentor them to be the best they can be. His leadership and focus will be to help to build on a great employee-focused culture and help build Heritage Pool Supply to be the best it can be.
